The Republican Party is shrinking. It lost the popular vote in seven of the past eight Presidential elections. Since Trump’s attempted coup, more Americans are abandoning it every day. Yet even as a shrinking minority party, the GOP intends to entrench themselves in power over the majority.

• The Electoral College allowed two unpopular Republican candidates who received the least votes in 2 elections since 2000 to become President; George W. Bush who lost by almost 600,000 votes in the 2000 election and Donald Trump who lost by 2.84 million in 2016.
• “The rise of minority rule in America is now unmistakable,” said Laurence Tribe, a constitutional law professor at Harvard University. “Especially with a sitting president who won a majority in the electoral college in 2016 while receiving roughly 3 million fewer votes than his opponent
• Republicans lost the popular vote in all but one of the last seven presidential elections, but have appointed 5 of the last 7 “Justices” to the Supreme Court.
• Senate Rigged for Republicans. In 2018, Democrats received almost 12 million more votes than Republicans in Senate races yet suffered losses and failed to win a majority of seats. Because each state gets two senators irrespective of population, states such as Wyoming have as many seats as California, despite the latter having more than 60 times the population. Smaller states also tend to be the more rural and Republican. So the majority is not receiving equal representation in the Senate.
• According to 2018 Census Bureau estimates, more than half of the US population lives in just nine states but is represented by only 18 Senators. Less than half of the population controls about 82 percent of the Senate.

This isn’t Democracy, it’s the type of Rigged Government you find in Dictator Banana Republics… where UN-Democratic minority rule prevails.

The Senate does not represent the Majority and is rigged for Republicans because Red States like Wyoming which has a small population get as much say a California or New York, with huge populations.

According to 2018 Census Bureau estimates, more than half of the US population lives in just nine states. That means that much of the nation is represented by only 18 senators. Less than half of the population controls about 82 percent of the Senate.

This is UNEQUAL Representation and another reason why the United States Ranks 25th as a “Flawed Democracy”.

Republicans began rigging elections in 2010 so they couldn’t be removed from office by hyper-gerrymandering every state they took control of. Republicans injected $30 million, much of it from dark money, often targeting vulnerable blue state Democrats in races that wouldn’t otherwise draw a lot of national funding. Through Gerrymandering, Republicans has made it almost impossible to be removed from office in some districts. Since they feel safe from being removed from office, they have no motivation to compromise. They are pursuing radical right wing agendas such as cutting assistance to the poor, cutting planned parenthood funding and passing anti-aborting “War on Women” legislation when the majority of Americans do not support these policies.

 

Democrats won 20 million More Votes and Lost

The United States constitution is severely flawed when more often than not in the last few elections the majority of people voting for a particular party did not receive their relative representation. Democrats received 20 million more votes in the Senate than Republicans in 2014, yet Republicans won big.

The same occurred in the House of Representatives in 2012.

House Democrats out-earned their Republican counterparts by 1.17 million votes. Read another way, Democrats won 50.59 percent of the two-party vote. Still, they won just 46.21 percent of seats, leaving the Republicans with 234 seats and Democrats with 201.

In the 2000 election, Jeb Bush promised to “Deliver Florida” to his brother as reported in numerous newspaper articles.

 

Secretary of State, Katherine Harris and Governor Jeb Bush had the motive and the means to make sure Florida’s decisive electoral votes were “delivered” to George W. Bush.

They accomplished this by illegally purging thousands of black voters off of the Florida voter rolls, ensuring an unfair advantage to George W. Bush, as shown in the above video.

Republicans have hijacked the highest court in the land. First, they stole a Supreme Court seat from President Obama. Then, they changed a 70-year old rule to install two of Donald Trump’s far-right justices and confirmed Brett Kavanaugh despite credible allegations that he committed sexual assault and lied under oath.

Now, the politicized Supreme Court is enacting a far-right, partisan agenda that favors corporate interests and Republican Party special interests. Reproductive freedom, civil rights, environmental justice, common sense gun safety laws, and our right to vote are all at risk. And the Court is eroding confidence in our system of government with ethical lapses and lack of transparency.

Republicans lost the popular vote in all but one of the last seven presidential elections. But they have appointed five of the last six picks to the Supreme Court, based on the support of GOP senators who represent less than half the American people.

More people voted for Democrat Gore & Clinton so the “Will of the People” has been violated by the appointment of Conservative Justices, a fact you never hear discussed.

The MAJORITY voted for Al Gore in 2000 by over 500,000 votes yet George W. Bush was crammed down the American Majority’s Throats. The election was STOLEN by the Electoral College, PLUS Florida Republicans illegally purged thousands of minorities off voters rolls and vote counting was stopped by the Republican Majority Supreme Court.

The installation of George W. Bush caused the deaths of thousands of Americans and Iraqis due to the misguided and unjustified war with Iraq. Trillions was added to the National Debt due to George W. Bush’s incompetence.

Bush appointed 2 Justices against the will of the MAJORITY = 2 Supreme Court Seats Stolen.

 

When Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia passed away, his seat SHOULD have been filed by President Obama who was president at that time, and had the support of the MAJORITY of Americans who elected him to office.

If your poor and need a lawyer in the United States in a civil case such as lawsuits, child custody, divorces, getting out of an abusive relationship etc, your screwed. Most attorneys demand $250 just to talk with them for one hour. Then the costs can be $200 per hour and up. Most people don’t have that kind of money.

Making Justice Equal

Promoting equal, meaningful access to legal representation in the U.S. justice system is critical to ending poverty, combating discrimination, and creating opportunity.

Per the above article; “In the United States, Americans need a lawyer’s help for everything from avoiding an unjust eviction to preventing a wrongful conviction. Yet, effective legal assistance remains out of reach for the majority of Americans. The gap between legal needs and the services available exacerbates systemic inequities and disadvantages that will only grow.

Unlike criminal defendants, parties in civil cases do not have a generalized right to counsel. While all states provide a right to counsel for at least a few types of civil cases, most parties in civil cases that involve high stakes and basic human needs, such as housing, do not have a right to representation.

In more than three-fourths of all civil trial cases in the United States, at least one litigant does not have a lawyer. Figures are even starker when it comes to family law, domestic violence, housing, and small-claims matters—those involving disputes over amounts up to $25,000, depending on the state. And these are just the Americans who make it to court. Without access to legal advice, many are unaware of their legal rights and potential claims. Past estimates and more recent state-by-state studies suggest that about 80 percent of the civil legal needs of those living in poverty go unmet6 as well as 40 to 60 percent of the needs of middle-income Americans. But because these figures depend upon self-selection and self-reporting, however, and because many Americans do not identify their unmet legal needs as such, it is impossible to estimate Americans’ total unmet legal needs.8

To deny Americans access to legal assistance is to deny them their rights and protections. This is because, to a greater degree than other countries, the United States places the burden on an individual to seek justice by going to court. Other developed democracies have enshrined the right to counsel in civil cases and devote 3 to 10 times more funding to civil legal aid than the United States. The result is a divide between those who can afford legal assistance and those who cannot.

Electrocution is legalized torture and painful beyond description.

Since the late 1880’s and until about 2008, the Electric Chair was used to execute condemned people. The United States was the first country to use such a horrendous method to kill people and is one of the very few countries to use such a horribly barbaric method.

This is the most painful way to die imaginable… being burned alive. There have been debates that death by electrocution may even kill the condemned person’s soul since the brain uses minute electric impulses. It could even cause someone to suffer through eternity for all we know.

It is important to remember that since our justice system is flawed, many innocent people have been tortured to death by this unspeakably painful method.

The fact that the Electric Chair used for over 100 years (and STILL hasn’t been outlawed) proves what irresponsible, heartless idiots we have had running this country. They didn’t give a DAMN as long is it wasn’t THEM.

Mistakes are made and many an innocent person has been wrongly convicted of a crime and put to death.

Many people feel it is justifiable to use the most painful methods available to execute a convicted murderer. People who feel that way should consider how they would like being electrocuted and how they would feel if their Mother, Dad, Son, Daughter, Brother or Sister were to die in the Electric Chair.

The Electric Chair should be abolished and made illegal once and for all.

As of November 28, 2020 with days to go until the end of Trump’s Dictatorial Rein of Terror… “The Justice Department is quietly amending its execution protocols, no longer requiring federal death sentences to be carried out by lethal injection and clearing the way to use other methods like firing squads and poison gas.

The amended rule, published Friday in the Federal Register, allows the U.S. government to conduct executions by lethal injection or use “any other manner prescribed by the law of the state in which the sentence was imposed.” A number of states allow other methods of execution, including electrocution, inhaling nitrogen gas or death by firing squad.

It remains unclear whether the Justice Department will seek to use any methods other than lethal injection for executions in the future. The rule – which goes into effect on Dec. 24 – comes as the Justice Department has scheduled five executions during the lame-duck period, including three just days before President-elect Joe Biden takes office”.

“The sadist aspects of Trump’s apparent mental illness, according is Gartner, means that “he gets intense pleasure from harming, humiliating, and degrading other people.”

That’s why Trump wanted to have as many people executed as possible before he left office… his sadistic, sick way of exacting revenge and making others pay for his losing the 2020 election.

 

At the 2020 RNC Convention, Kimberly Guilfoyle was Screaming like a DEMON at a NAZI RALLY about “The Best is yet to Come” if Trump was re-elected. If bringing back firing squads and electrocutions was part of Trump’s “Best”, I’d hate to see how much worse things would have gotten.

According to Wikipedia, “in 1933, with the support of more traditional right-wing conservatives, Hitler became Chancellor of Germany and the Nazis gradually established a one-party totalitarian state, under which Jews, political opponents and other “undesirable” elements were marginalized, harassed, imprisoned and eventually exterminated.

Under Hitler, over 6 Million Jews were demonized, discriminated against, then rounded up and executed. This is just one example of “Mans inhumanity to Man” which was committed by CONSERVATIVE RIGHT-WING RADICALS.

 

The Massacre of Tulsa’s “Black Wall Street” by White Mobs in 1921

The Tulsa race massacre took place May 31 and June 1, 1921, when mobs of White residents, many of them deputized and given weapons by city officials, attacked Black residents and businesses of the Greenwood District in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

About 10,000 Black people were left homeless, and property damage amounted to more than $1.5 million in real estate and $750,000 in personal property (equivalent to $32.65 million in 2020). Many survivors left Tulsa, while Black and White residents who stayed in the city kept silent about the terror, violence, and resulting losses for decades. The massacre was largely omitted from local, state, and national histories.

In 1996, 75 years after the massacre, a bipartisan group in the state legislature authorized formation of the Oklahoma Commission to Study the Tulsa Race Riot of 1921. The commission’s final report, published in 2001, states that the city had conspired with the mob of White citizens against Black citizens.

 

LEGALIZED TORTURE IN MASSACHUSETTS

The definition of Torture is; “the action or practice of inflicting severe pain on someone as a punishment or to force them to do or say something“.

The United Nations Special Rapporteur on torture condemned the Judge Rotenberg Center and determined that the rights of the center’s students who were subjected to electric shock and physical means of restraints had been “violated under the UN Convention against Torture.

Since at least 2012, there have been numerous complaints filed, articles, news segments, videos, petitions and demonstrations demanding Eletro-Shock TORTURE be banned at Judge Rotenberg Center.

After World War II, we should have brought all of our troops home and scaled down our military. The United States should have heeded the advise and warning of President Dwight Eisenhower about the “Military Complex”

United States military spending has ballooned since World War II, although Americans have historically been reluctant to go to war.

George Washington, in his Farewell Address stated why the United States should pursue a policy of isolationism:

Europe has a set of primary interests, which to us have none, or a very remote relation. Hence, therefore, it must be unwise in us to implicate ourselves, by artificial ties, in the ordinary vicissitudes of her politics, or the ordinary combinations and collisions of her friendships or enmities.”.

If we minded our own business like Switzerland we would be liked a lot better by people all over the world. There would have been no Vietnam, no 9/11, no Iraq and no Afghanistan.

If it weren’t for the trillions of dollars wasted on the military and trillions spent on past failed wars such as Viet-Nam, Iraq, Afghanistan and others… plus ridiculous Republican “Tax breaks for the Rich” we wouldn’t be 20+ Trillion Dollars in debt. Trump firing FBI Director Jame Comey is a classic example of why the FBI and other Law enforcement & investigative divisions should not be under the control of the President. This should have been fixed after Watergate when Nixon fired the special prosecutor Archibald Cox. The fact that this hasn’t been fixed is more proof of what inept, stupid, irresponsible people we have running the US Government and how it is unlikely anything will change in the future.

 

NO LIFETIME SUPREME COURT APPOINTMENTS

Five (5) Supreme court seats were stolen by corrupt and lawless Republicans. These seats were SUPPOSED to reflect the will of the people but didn’t because of the 2000 election being stolen by Bush (2 seats lost), Republicans blocking President Obama’s appointment to replace Antonin Scalia’s seat and Trump filling Obama’s plus 2 more seats even though he LOST by almost 3 millions votes.

It’s Time to Retire Lifetime Appointments for Supreme Court Justices

When Supreme Court justices enter a room, you can feel the air change.

As stated in the above article, there’s nothing in the Constitution that explicitly promises federal judges “lifetime appointments.” The language of Article III says justices “shall hold their Offices during good Behavior,”.

The Constitution was written at a time when it was inconceivable that someone would live long enough be a Supreme Court Justice for 30-plus years.

“The people who created the Constitution of the United States in the 18th century lived in a very different world than we live in,” said Michael Sappol, a historian and author of A Traffic of Dead Bodies, a book about death and social identity. “The idea that judges would get life appointments had a different kind of meaning then than it does now.”

As more Americans live longer, institutions like the Supreme Court are undergoing profound change. In other words, a lifetime isn’t what it used to be. And plenty of people have argued that the highest court in the land ought to be subject to some of the restrictions that lower-level U.S. courts and top courts in other countries already have in place. “Every place else in the world they have age limits or term limits,” says Paul Carrington, a law professor at Duke University.

The five most recently retired Supreme Court justices averaged more than 25 years apiece on the bench. That’s nearly triple the nine-year average tenure of the court’s first five justices.

A Supreme Court Justice term should be for no longer than 8 years. Anyone appointed should non-political and not affiliated with any political party.

 

THE US GOVERNMENT IS BLOATED AND WASTES MONEY

The number of agencies contained in the United States Federal Government is mind boggling. Here’s a list of US Government Agencies.

It seems to me that at least 1/2 could be closed. If we were to stop wasting money on these agencies and cut military spending by at least 3/4, there would be a lot more money for healthcare, infrastructure, to help the poor & homeless in this country.
