Every person mentioned in articles on this site fit the legal definition of a “Public Figure“. “The legal burden of proof in defamation actions is higher in the case of a public figure than in the case of an ordinary person”.

Public Figures, especially politicians, has the ability to negatively affect millions of people’s lives. This especially applies to anyone who was involved in efforts to overturn or made false statements about the 2020 election. My attorneys would respond by demanding they PROVE their claims in a court of law and file CLASS ACTION counter-suits for billions on behalf of the millions of people (like myself) who’s votes were attempted to be subverted and disenfranchised. Defamation claims have repeatedly been dismissed as courts reaffirm that opinions are constitutionally protected and reaffirmed opinions as a valid defense to individuals or organizations sued for libel. Other relevant factors involving liable includes the burden of proof that actual damages were suffered as a result of statements made.

There’s a huge difference between the size of the ‘MEGAPHONE’ & reach of Public Figures, the Government (State or Federal) or businesses , versus this site. When a well known Public Figure makes a statement, he or she can be heard by 10’s of Millions of people. This site reaches a small audience due to search engines such as Google & Bing, giving preferential ranking to huge corporate sites such as the Washington Post, New York Times, CNN, NBC News, etc. Most of the time, this site isn’t seen in search results at all and most of the pages has less than 100 views. Therefore this site doesn’t have the ability to influence public opinion what-so-ever.

Since this site is an Opinions Blog, most of the content is created by 3rd party sources, the owner is unknown with no following, the site reaches a small audience and most pages receives less than 100 views per month, damages would be impossible to prove. Therefore, any attempt to sue the owner of this site would clearly be “Legal Harassment”. If an attorney (or Red State) were to attempt to take action against the owner for content on this site, they would be engaging in Legal Harassment and attempting to infringe upon site owner’s First Amendment Rights.

Site owner would counter-sue the suit originator, attorney and law firm representing suit originator, seek millions to billions in punitive damages (depending on severity of defamation and emotional stress suffered from lawsuit & followers / supporters of person filing suit), ask for attorney fees, court costs & collection costs to be paid by plaintiff & attorneys and file complaints to the Bar Association of the plaintiff’s Attorney(s) and their law firm.

 

The guiding principle of this site was best said by the late civil Rights leader Representative John Lewis; “When you see something that is not right, not just, not fair, you have a moral obligation to say something… to do something.”

Republicans proved to be LAWLESS when they ousted Liz Cheney, who put the Rule of Law, the Constitution & Decency over her own career by voting to Impeach Trump, the most lawless President in History.

Trump’s claims regarding the 2020 election that he “Won in a Landslide”… that the election was “Rigged”… “Stolen”… that there was “Voter Fraud” have ALL have been proven to be false by Judges and Courts in over 50 lawsuits.

Any attempt to sue or threaten this site owner over content on a page of this site while failing to hold the video or article creator responsible (and video hosting such as YouTube) would prove Legal Bullying against a Average Joe Citizen and would be pointed out to the News Media and used as evidence for counter-suit. For example, if this site is legally threatened for content used other places and those sites were NOT also legally threatened, this would prove Legal Bullying against a Average Joe Citizen and an attempt to silence this site.

If a lawsuit were to cause site owner to receive harassment, threats and emotional stress from followers / supporters of person filing suit, such threats and emotional stress would be documented and added to counter-suit for additional damages. Those initiating threats would be identified, sued, reported to law enforcement for criminal prosecution and reported to the news media. Site owner would research past & current lawsuits of anyone who tries to sue site owner and use past & current opposing litigants & witnesses to testify. Experts seen in videos on this site would be called upon to testify. Site owner would research and expose lies, hypocrisy and any other information the public might be interested in learning about. Site owner would aggressively report findings to the news media, social media and to top level Democrat officials for congressional investigations (if warranted).

It can be proven in a court of law that Republican have been, and ARE destroying Democracy, Liberty and Freedom in the United States. Every legal means will be employed to expose and fight against this destruction by Republicans.
