Trump is accused of Falsifying Business Records and covering up a $130,000 payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, claiming it was for reimbursement of legal fees. Trump allegedly had his former fixer Michael Cohen pay Daniels, while Trump reimbursed Cohen in 2017 and reported the reimbursement as legal fees.

Trump has consistently characterized the case, as he has with all the criminal charges against him, as a political witch hunt by Democrats to undermine a political rival. Claims that Biden directed charges to brought against Trump in this case and all others are LIES. He calls these prosecutions “Election Interference” and an attempt to derail his campaign. The Manhattan district attorney’s office charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records. Prosecutors allege Trump fudged his business records to cover up criminal activity, including trying to illegally influence the 2016 presidential election.

Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree (Class E Felony)
N.Y. Penal Law § 175.10: Falsifying business records in the first degree has all of the same requirements as falsifying a business record in the second degree. On 26 October 2016, 11 days before election day, Michael Cohen initiated a $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, an adult film star who said she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006. While prosecutors have identified two other hush-money payments to people who said they had stories about Trump, one a former Trump Tower doorman and the other Karen McDougal a former Playboy model, the actual charges for the case stem just from Daniels’ payments. That’s because the other hush-money payments were made by American Media, the parent company of the tabloid National Enquirer. Leaders of the company, especially the then CEO, David Pecker, were close allies of Trump and told him early in his campaign that they would help him with any scandalous stories that might come out about him.

But Trump paid Daniels himself, albeit through Cohen. Each of the 34 counts of falsifying business records represents a document that prosecutors said included hush-money payments masked as legal fees to Cohen.

When you hear Michael Cohen state in the recording; “I need to set up a company for the transfer of all of that info regarding our friend David”… experts say “David” is David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquire who was involved in a “catch & kill” scheme to buy scandalous stories about Trump and make sure they were never published to the public. This is an example of how Trump had many “protectors” who were complicit in getting Trump elected President and making sure the public never found out about Trump’s scandalous conduct.

Trump has been charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records after a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict him for his alleged role in arranging a hush-money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.

 

Trump issued what some believe to be a call to action to his supporters ahead of his first criminal trial which began on Monday Apr 13, 2024. Trump warned his supporters about the dangers he’s facing with the trial before telling them that “all hell will break loose” if they do not help him.

“ON MONDAY ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!” the email said. “BIDEN AND HIS ALLIES WANT ME LOCKED AWAY IN PRISON! RABID DEMOCRATS ARE POISED TO RAISE MILLIONS WHILE I’M STUCK DEFENDING MYSELF IN COURT!”

This is similar to his “fight like Hell” comment that happened right before the Capitol Riot.

On Monday Apr 15, 2024 “all hell” didn’t break loose, because hardly any protestors showed up.

 

Trump Lies About Non-existent Protesters

Apparently Trump was pissed off that hardly any protestors showed up on Monday Apr 15, 2024, so he outright LIED, falsely claiming police turned away ‘thousands’ from Manhattan courthouse and that supporters ‘can’t get near’. He also wrote on social media that “Lower Manhattan surrounding the Courthouse was completely CLOSED DOWN.” And he told reporters inside the courthouse on Tuesday: “For blocks you can’t get near this courthouse.”

This follows a pattern of Trump making things up, such as lying about the 2020 election being “Stolen” and “Winning in a landslide”. It appears he’s unable to cope with reality…  stating how he wants things to be, rather than how they actually are.

Even ex-Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan referred to Trump as an ‘Authoritarian Narcissist’. No normal person would lie with impunity like Trump has (over 30,000 times while President), refuse to admit he lost the election, claim he won after he lost, then instigate a coup and insurrection to overturn the election after he lost.

As a father, Trump knocked out his son, Don Jr., when he was in high school because he wasn’t dressed appropriately. Trump has always been like this. As people age, they generally do not change; they instead become more of their true selves. His capacity for self-restraint is becoming a thinner veneer over fundamental destructiveness. He is increasingly no longer able to fake it. This is why Trump is in court acting out, mumbling, being angry and disruptive.

In my opinion, Donald Trump is a “segmental thinker”. He lives in the moment and is attracted by a shiny object and forgets everything else.

The main thing that I am worried about is the complacency of the public and specifically the country’s leaders and law enforcement and other people in positions of authority and power who are still letting Trump run wild. Trump is extremely dangerous. Trump does not believe in laws and rules. He wants to be a lawless dictator. This is why I continue to share my conclusion, based on the evidence, that Donald Trump appears to be psychotic. He is a person who is detached from reality. Even with the trials and other pressures, Trump is not capable of breaking down, of being cowed and/or broken. If anything, Trump will go down in flames if he goes down at all. Trump is an extreme narcissist who will destroy anyone who has ever done anything to hurt him, to oppose him, or defy him.

 

Dozens Of Mental Health Professionals Sign Letter Declaring Trump Has Dementia
