Far-Right Extremists Are Violently Threatening the Trump Search-Warrant Judge

“Let’s find out if he has children… where they go to school, where they live… EVERYTHING,” one person wrote on a message board where the judge’s address was posted.

Per the above article: “Far-right extremists on pro-Donald Trump message boards and social networks are making violent, antisemitic threats against the judge who reportedly signed the warrant that allowed the FBI to search the former president’s Mar-a-Lago property in Florida.

Multiple members of these toxic online communities are even posting what appears to be Judge Bruce Reinhart’s home address, phone numbers, and names of his family members alongside threats of extreme violence.

“This is the piece of shit judge who approved FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago,” a user wrote on the pro-Trump message board formerly known as TheDonald. “I see a rope around his neck.”

Responding, another user wrote: “Idgaf [I don’t give a fuck] anymore. Name? Address? Put that shit all up on here.” Moments later, a different member replied with what appears to be Reinhart’s current address, phone numbers, previous addresses, and names of possible relatives.

In another post on the same message board, one user commented, “Let’s find out if he has children….where they go to school, where they live…EVERYTHING.”

These threats of violence and antisemitic slurs on a range of platforms, including 4chan, Telegram, Gettr, Gab, and Trump’s own platforms called Truth Social, were first uncovered by Advance Democracy, a nonpartisan and nonprofit organization that conducts public-interest investigations.

“The threats against Judge Reinhart in the wake of the Mar-a-Lago raid are significant,” Daniel J. Jones, founder of Advance Democracy, told VICE News. “In addition to the antisemitic and violent slurs, we’re seeing his address and other personal information being shared online—with the implied or explicit purpose of ‘real-life’ action.”

A message board where a number of these threats were posted also happens to be the same one where many of those involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot posted threats of violence in the lead-up to Jan. 6.”

LAWLESS Republicans Rush to Trump’s defense after FBI executes search warrant at Mar-a-Lago

Top Republicans are rushing to former President Donald Trump’s defense after the FBI executed a search warrant at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida as part of an investigation into the handling of potentially classified material.

The GOP’s Turn To Extremism Began Long Before Trump

It’s easy to think of Trump as the reason for his party’s embrace of extremism. But as Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank points out in his new book, that pivot toward extremism is decades in the making.

Rand Paul calls for repeal of Espionage Act amid DOJ investigation into Trump taking classified documents to Mar-a-Lago

The DOJ is investigating if Donald Trump broke the Espionage Act. But Rand Paul, a GOP senator, wants it repealed, he said Saturday.

LAWLESS Republican Rand Paul calls for repeal of Espionage Act amid DOJ investigation into Trump taking classified documents to Mar-a-Lago

Per the above article; “Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky called for the repeal of the Espionage Act after it was revealed that the Justice Department is investigating if former President Donald Trump potentially violated the Act.

Paul shared a link to a 2019 article by Jacob Hornberger, a former Libertarian presidential candidate and founder of the Future of Freedom Foundation, which called the Espionage Act a “tyrannical law.”

A key facet of the act — Section 793 — is concerned with “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information,” which relates to any document relating to national defense that “through gross negligence” was “illegally removed from its proper place of custody … to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed.”

Earlier this week, federal investigators took away numerous boxes of documents from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. According to an unsealed search warrant and an accompanying property receipt, the FBI seized 11 classified documents, including some marked top secret.

In a statement released Friday, Trump didn’t deny a report by The Washington Post that said he took nuclear documents to Mar-a-Lago.

The DOJ is now investigating if Trump violated Section 793 of the Espionage Act and potentially broke two other laws, according to the warrant unsealed by the department on Friday.

A conviction under the Espionage Act carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison.

Charles Booker, a Democrat Senate candidate who will face Paul in the general election, described the call for the repeal of the act as “shameful.”

“Rand Paul is now calling to repeal the Espionage Act after the world learned Donald Trump is under investigation for violating it,” Booker tweeted on Saturday night. “When I am elected to the Senate, you will never have to question my loyalty to our country.”

  • The FBI seized multiple sets of documents marked top secret from former President Donald Trump’s resort home Mar-a-Lago, according to a search warrant unsealed Friday.
  • The warrant directed agents to seize all documents, “fruits of crime” and other items “illegally possessed” in violation of three laws related to handling of government documents.
  • The agents took boxes of items, binders of photos, one handwritten note and an “executive grant of clemency” for GOP operative Roger Stone, according to a receipt for property seized that was attached to the warrant.

FBI executes search warrant at Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago

A legal barrier has been broken – a maiden legal voyage has been taken:
the FBI executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago, the Florida home of former President Donald Trump. This is a historic law enforcement move by the Department of Justice.

Importantly, in order to obtain a search warrant for Trump’s home, a federal judge had to have concluded that there was probable cause to believe there is evidence of federal crimes on the property of Mar-a-Lago.

This video discusses what we know about this monumental development, what we don’t know, and what the DOJ should now do on the transparency front to promote a full and accurate understanding of the state of the criminal investigation that prompted today’s search warrant at Mar-a-Lago.

The FBI search of Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s crimes, and Kevin McCarthy’s political thuggery

One day after a judicially authorized search warrant was executed at Trump’s home/resort in Florida, Kevin McCarthy took to the airwaves, threatening Merrick Garland that he better “preserve documents” and “clear his calendar” for the endless oversight hearings McCarthy intends to hold if the Republicans take control of the House of Representative after the midterm elections.

The fact of the matter is, McCarthy has no earthly idea what the evidence is supporting the Mar-a-Lago search warrants. Still, McCarthy claims that Garland has “politicized” and “weaponized” the Department of Justice, and McCarthy promises payback. McCarthy’s attempt to assist Trump in avoiding accountability for his crimes feels . . . accessory-after-the-fact-ish. (see 18 US Code, section 3).

Lawrence: Only Way It Gets Worse For Trump Is To Be Charged

he worst legal week of Donald Trump’s life ended with a judge unsealing the search warrant for the FBI search of his Florida home. MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell says the only way it could get worse is for Trump to officially be charged in a case that would bear the name, The United States of America v. Donald J. Trump.

Merrick Garland Has Outsmarted Donald Trump At Every Turn’

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell explains how Attorney General Garland “has handled the most important week of his life flawlessly” and says “Donald Trump has no idea what to say now with Merrick Garland closing in on him.”

The United States founders anticipated that we’d eventually endure a wannabe tyrant. James Madison worried about a president who might “pervert his administration into a scheme of peculation or oppression. He might betray his trust to foreign powers.”

Alexander Hamilton warned that a man “unprincipled in private life desperate in his fortune, bold in his temper, possessed of considerable talents … despotic in his ordinary demeanour — known to have scoffed in private at the principles of liberty” might “throw things into confusion that he may ‘ride the storm and direct the whirlwind.’

  • Trump engaged in Sedition, Insurrection and Treason by inciting violence, chaos and rioting in Washington, DC to stop the certification of Joe Biden and overturn the election to make himself an UN-elected Dictator. Rioters stormed the House & Senate chambers, wrecking havoc, destruction and deaths at the United States Capital.
  • Trump blatantly violated the Constitution by spending funds not appropriated by Congress, accepting gifts from foreign governments, and using the power of his office to pressure at least one foreign government to do him political favors;
  • He has obstructed justice, politicized the Department of Justice, used federal agents to provoke confrontations on our streets, and blocked congressional oversight over his administration;
  • He coddles authoritarian dictators while undermining our alliances with liberal democracies;
  • He has consistently worked to discredit and undermine the free press, free elections, the judiciary, and any federal official or agency that dares to contradict him.

These are the type of tactics used by Victor Orban in Hungary, the Law and Justice Party in Poland, Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Turkey, and Vladimir Putin in Russia. The executive branch of the government of the United States is now competitive-authoritarian in nature, in which democracy exists in form but not in substance.

How is this possible? The answer is that Trump has exploited vulnerabilities in our constitutional system that have allowed him to get away with all of this. Such as the ridiculous DOJ edict which says “a sitting president cannot be prosecuted”, and federal courts which move too slowly to provide timely corrective action. And just one-third of the U.S. Senate has acquitted the president and thwarted the impeachment power of Congress.

After learning that he lost the 2020 election, Trump REFUSED to admit defeat and chose to LIE claiming without any proof that the election was stolen from him. Trump used baseless legal tactics to challenge the election results in swing states and when those challenges didn’t work he resorted to inciting his deluded followers to engage in a violent COUP to overturn our government to make himself an UN-elected dictator to stay in power against the will of the people.

This violent coup was the final act committed by the most Lawless and Corrupt administration in American History. This page details Trumps lawlessness which Republicans participated in and supported.

Source for list of 10 below: apnews.com
(1) Pressure On Comey To End Probe Of Michael Flynn – Comey testified to congress that Trump said this at a private dinner meeting; “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go,”. Mueller’s report says “substantial evidence” indicates Trump’s decision to fire Comey in May 2017 was the result of the FBI director’s unwillingness to say publicly that Trump was not personally under investigation.
(2) Reaction To The Continuing Russia Investigation – Among the evidence is the president telling then-White House counsel Don McGahn to stop Attorney General Jeff Sessions from recusing himself from the Russia investigation and Trump’s subsequent anger at Sessions. Trump also contacted Comey and other intelligence agency leaders to ask them to push back publicly on the suggestion that Trump had any connection to the Russian election-interference effort.
(3) Firing Of Comey And Aftermath – Mueller’s report says “substantial evidence” indicates Trump’s decision to fire Comey in May 2017 was the result of the FBI director’s unwillingness to say publicly that Trump was not personally under investigation. On the day after Trump fired Comey, the president told Russian officials that he had “faced great pressure because of Russia. That’s taken off.”
(4) Appointment Of Special Counsel And Efforts To Remove Him – Following media reports that Mueller’s team was investigating whether Trump had obstructed justice, Trump called then-White House counsel Don McGahn at home and directed him to have Mueller removed. McGahn refused.
(5) Further Efforts To Curtail The Special Counsel’s Investigation – Trump instructed former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski to have Sessions publicly announce that, notwithstanding his recusal from the Russia investigation, the investigation was “very unfair” to the president, the president had done nothing wrong, and Sessions planned to meet with Mueller to limit him to “investigating election meddling for future elections.
(6) Efforts To Prevent Public Disclosure Of Evidence – In summer of 2017, Trump learned that the news media planned to report on the June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower between senior campaign officials and Russians offering derogatory information about Hillary Clinton. The president directed aides not to publicly disclose the emails setting up the meeting. Before the emails became public, the president also edited a press statement for Donald Trump Jr. by deleting a line that acknowledged that the meeting was “with an individual who (Trump Jr.) was told might have information helpful to the campaign.”
(7) Additional Efforts To Have Sessions Take Control Of Investigation At several points in between July 2017 and December 2017, Trump tried to get Sessions to declare that he was no longer recused from the Russia investigation and would assert control over it. The report says there’s evidence that one purpose of asking Sessions to step in was so that the attorney general would restrict the investigation’s scope.
(8) Trump Orders White House Counsel To Deny That President Tried To Fire Mueller– In an Oval Office meeting in February 2018, Trump told McGahn to “correct” a New York Times story that reported Trump had earlier instructed McGahn to fire Mueller. Trump also asked why McGahn had told Mueller’s investigators about the directive to remove Mueller. McGahn told Trump he had to tell the investigators the truth.
(9) Trump’s Actions Toward, Flynn, Manafort And Other Possible Witnesses– Mueller looked at whether Trump’s sympathetic messages to Flynn, former campaign manager Paul Manafort and others were intended to limit their cooperation with Mueller’s investigation. When Flynn began cooperating with prosecutors, Trump passed word through his lawyer that he still had warm feeling for Flynn and asked for a “heads up” if Flynn knew of information implicating Trump. Trump praised Manafort during and after his criminal convictions, and refused to rule out a pardon for his former campaign chairman.
(10) Trump Actions Toward Michael Cohen – Mueller noted that Trump’s conduct toward Cohen, a former Trump Organization executive, changed from praise to castigation after Cohen began cooperating with prosecutors. The evidence could “support an inference that the president used inducements in the form of positive messages in an effort to get Cohen not to cooperate, and then turned to attacks and intimidation to deter” cooperation and undermine Cohen’s credibility, Mueller wrote.
IMPEACHMENT: ARTICLE I: ABUSE OF POWER
(1) President Trump—acting both directly and through his agents Within and Outside the United States Government corruptly solicited the Government of Ukraine to publicly announce investigations into (A) a political opponent, former Vice President Joseph R. Biden and (B) a discredited theory promoted by Russia alleging that Ukraine—rather than Russia—interfered in the 2016 United States Presidential election.
(2) With the same corrupt motives, President Trump—acting both directly and through his agents within and outside the United States Government—conditioned two official acts on the public announcements that he had requested
(A) the release of $391 million of United States taxpayer funds that Congress had appropriated on a bipartisan basis for the purpose of providing vital military and security assistance to Ukraine to oppose Russian aggression and which President Trump had ordered suspended;
(B) a head of state meeting at the White House, which the President of Ukraine sought to demonstrate continued United States support for the Government of Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression.
(3) Faced with the public revelation of his actions, President Trump ultimately released the military and security assistance to the Government of Ukraine, but has persisted in openly and corruptly urging and soliciting Ukraine to undertake investigations for his personal political benefit.
IMPEACHMENT – ARTICLE II: OBSTRUCTION OF CONGRESS
(1) Directing the White House to defy a lawful subpoena by withholding the production of documents sought therein by the Committees.
(2) Directing other Executive Branch agencies and offices to defy lawful subpoenas and withhold the production of documents and records from the Committees—in response to which the Department of State, Office of Management and Budget, Department of Energy, and Department of Defense refused to produce a single document or record.
(3) Directing current and former Executive Branch officials not to cooperate with the Committees—in response to which nine Administration officials defied subpoenas for testimony, namely John Michael “Mick” Mulvaney, Robert B. Blair, John A. Eisenberg, Michael Ellis, Preston Wells Griffith, Russell T. Vought, Michael Duffey, Brian McCormack, and T. Ulrich Brechbuhl.
These actions were consistent with Trump’s previous efforts to undermine United States Government investigations into foreign interference in United States elections.
