Justice System for the Rich… Rigged Against Average Americans

Elizabeth Warren exposes how our legal system doles out harsh sentences for minor offenses while executives who break laws are not prosecuted.  Republicans want to make it even harder to prosecute white collar crime such as bank fraud.

Republican Missouri Gov. Mike Parson refused to pardon a black man who served 43 Years in Prison for a Crime he Didn’t Commit, but pardoned a St. Louis couple who waved their guns at a crowd of Black Lives Matter demonstrators immediately after they were convicted.

Despite the witness recanting her testimony which put this innocent man in prison 43 years ago for a crime he didn’t commit … the  prosecutors and judges wanting him to be freed, he continues to remain in prison because the Republican Governor, Mike Parson says addressing the clemency petition for a man who’s been behind bars for more than four decades “is not a priority”.

This is another example of two (2) “Justice” systems in the United States where the RICH and Politically well connected often escapes Justice and Accountability.

Reality Winner being arrested & imprisoned for (1) one Top Secret Document while Trump hasn’t even been charged for taking 300 PROVE Two UNFAIR Justice Systems…. one for Politicians & the RICH, and another for everyone else.

Former NSA contractor Reality Winner receives five year sentence

A former National Security Agency contractor who pleaded guilty to leaking classified government documents to a media agency arrived to court on Thursday grinning and clutching what appears to be a book about the New Testament. Reality Winner, 26, was sentenced to more than five years on Thursday as part of a deal with prosecutors, who called it the longest sentence ever imposed for a federal crime involving leaks to the media. Winner pleaded guilty in June to a single count of transmitting national security information. The former Air Force translator worked as a contractor at a National Security Agency’s office in Augusta, Georgia, when she printed a classified report and left the building with it tucked into her pantyhose. Winner told the FBI she mailed the document to an online news outlet. The former linguist arrived to court wearing an orange prison jumpsuit and her shackled hands clutching the New Testament from the Bible. Winner smiled as she made her way inside.

If Any Official Took This Many Documents, They Would Be In Jail

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, on Sunday warned of riots if former President Trump is prosecuted over the handling of classified materials found when the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago. Also, the Wall Street Journal editorial board asks if that’s all there is with the affidavit. Joe Scarborough weighs in on the Republican response and notes that if any member of Congress, any ambassador, any intelligence member took that many documents, they would be in jail.
